Bulk Orders for Multiple Properties
If you need title documents for a list of properties, send us a bulk enquiry rather than ordering one at a time. We review your list, come back with pricing and any questions, and handle the whole batch together. There are no automatic discounts — pricing is quoted against your actual list.
How bulk orders work today
Bulk orders are handled as an enquiry rather than through the standard order form. Send us your list of properties — the CSV template below is the easiest format — along with the documents you need for each. We review the list, flag anything that needs clarifying (ambiguous addresses, likely multiple titles, land without an address), and reply with a quote. Once you confirm, we work through the batch and deliver the documents securely, with a consolidated invoice if you want one.
We deliberately have not bolted automatic discounts onto bulk orders. Lists differ too much — fifty houses with clean postcodes is a very different job from fifty land parcels without addresses — so we quote each list honestly instead.
Preparing your list: the CSV template
A CSV upload for bulk orders is planned; for now, the same template makes enquiries much faster to process. Download the bulk order CSV template and fill in one row per property. Not every column applies to every property — complete what you can, and use the notes column for anything unusual.
| Column | What to put in it |
|---|---|
| customer_reference | Your own reference for the property, so results are easy to reconcile |
| document_type | Which documents you need: register, plan or both |
| building_number | The house or building number, where there is one |
| building_name | The building name, where there is one |
| flat_number | The flat or unit number, for flats and units |
| street | Street name |
| town | Town or city |
| county | County, if known |
| postcode | Full postcode — the single most useful field for matching |
| known_title_number | The title number, if you already have it |
| notes | Anything that helps us identify the right title, e.g. “includes separate garage title” |
What happens after you send it
- We review your list and come back with any questions and a quote.
- You confirm, and we begin working through the batch.
- A person checks each property, exactly as with single orders. Where more than one title could match, we ask rather than guess.
- Documents are delivered through secure, expiring download links, referenced against your customer_reference values so reconciliation is straightforward.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an automatic discount for bulk orders?
No. Bulk orders currently start as an enquiry, and we quote pricing against your actual list. This keeps pricing honest: volumes, document types and how much checking each property needs vary a lot between lists.
How many properties count as a bulk order?
There is no strict threshold. If ordering through the standard form one property at a time feels impractical for your list, send it as a bulk enquiry and we will handle it together.
Can a bulk order mix registers, plans and bundles?
Yes. Use the document_type column to say what you need for each property — register, plan or both — and we will quote accordingly.
What happens to properties in the list that cannot be matched to a title?
We tell you rather than guessing. Where an address is ambiguous or matches multiple titles, we come back to you with the options, and where land appears to be unregistered we flag it before any charge for that property.
